Serena was so welcoming, and she had thought of everything in the space. It has the luxury of a spa hotel but the tranquility and nature connection we much needed.
Everything was immaculately clean. It was an incredible treat and a truly beautiful find. The best place we’ve stayed for an overnight getaway, and we will most certainly be back.

Delightful little spot of luxury in the middle of beautiful English countryside. Serena met us to show us around and had so carefully and thoughtfully laid things out for our 2yr old daughter.
Pre-arrival communication was clear and efficient. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were excellent and there were additional thoughtful touches that were the icing on the cake, like milk, coffee and cereals.

“Just Incredible!”
Wow! What can I say! We had the most tranquil time away and have come away truly revived. This place is just incredible! A friendly welcome from Serena on arrival. The cottage itself is just beautiful and in the most stunning location nestled in the countryside with views from every angle. Serena even left milk, bread, jam etc for our stay which was a lovely homely touch. The local pub is a 2 minute walk away and we had the most incredible dinner here, highly recommended! We didn’t want to leave and we are already planning our next trip back!

A wonderful well equipped and tranquil place to stay in a lovely location. Very friendly, thoughtful, and helpful host. Local walks (helpful maps on the property) and a great pub with good food only minutes away on foot. Nice to have some food basics provided too. Lots of interesting places, houses, and gardens to visit nearby. Lovely home away from home. I hope to return!

I loved everything about staying here. The interior design was spectacular and the comfort was divine. There was absolutely everything we needed from cooking utensils to iron and of the highest quality. Probably one of the best places I have stayed. The children loved the little Winnie the Pooh inspired garden. Perfect in every way.

Such an awesome find. I would go just to chill here and degustate (ok, ok, eat well) at the Coach and Horses nearby. Perfect base too, for Wakehurst Botanical Gardens and Charles Darwin’s House. I confess I didn’t feel the need to look because there is no fault to find.
